PS. Greenwich and Bexley Green Party has not yet taken a view on whether we support this or not. We need low carbon infrastructure to support shifting away from car usage patterns. We need to balance that against policies which help to reduce the need for long travel on a daily basis and to re-localise communities. If you have strong feelings for or against, please get in touch.
